At East Coast Sustainability our highly qualified assessors and trained staff will help you take advantage of the newly-introduced Government Home Energy Report and Sustainability Declaration schemes. We are accredited by the Association of Building Sustainability Assessors (ABSA) to be household sustainability assessors.
At present, there is no legal requirement to be associated with any accrediting body to conduct Sustainability Declarations. This is why we think it’s important for the public to check that their assessor has at least ABSA membership. |

Sustainability Declarations |

These upgrades have never been more important, with the introduction of Sustainability Declarations for anyone wishing to sell their home, townhouse or unit. Under new legislation, this is a compulsory checklist covering the water, energy, safety and accessibility features of a home which must be filled out prior to sale. The more sustainable a property, the more money you’re likely to save!
